- 01This is the challenge.At Neture Impact by VML, we seek individuals who fearlessly embrace speed and complexity. Specifically, someone who can understand the pressing challenges of sustainability and translate them into actionable strategies for our clients, guiding them toward a greener future. Our sustainability consulting team engages in end-to-end projects across various industries (retail, travel, financial services, energy…) from a perspective that is committed to positive environmental and societal impact. We are looking for someone who: Is finishing or has recently finished their studies in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or any related field. Knowledge in environmental law is a plus Is able to commit to a full-time internship. Can join in November. Is proficient in English (level C1 or C2). Is passionate about sustainability and eager to make a difference. In your day to day you will: Participate in sustainability projects from inception to completion. Support the team in identifying environmental challenges and immerse yourself in the daily operations of our clients to better understand their organizational and process-driven sustainability needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, working closely with colleagues from UX, UI, Brand, Data, and Technology. Develop your analytical skills, creating impactful insights for our clients. Document your findings and recommendations in both graphic and written formats. Enhance your verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- 02How is the experience of an intern at Neture Impact?Our internships provide a safe space that encourages debate, innovation, and transformation. They are all paid internships and full-time. Our work model is based on self-responsibility and self-management, with an option for a hybrid model, though we will require more in-office attendance. No dress code. Come to our offices as you like, be yourself. ;) You will have one day of vacation for each month of your internship.

TIMELINE
MONTH 01
In this period, you will attend insightful talks where we explore effective storytelling techniques. Additionally, you'll have a dedicated coffee session with the People team to share your feedback on the onboarding process. Moreover, you will engage in shadowing activities to actively participate in relevant forums and gain valuable learning experiences.
