What will your day-to-day life be like?

  • You will work alongside 13 colleagues who are passionate about people and share your day-to-day experience in attracting digital talent. 
  • You will propose and implement improvements in our recruitment process together with the HRBPs of the areas. 
  • You will be responsible for the international area of The Cocktail, being the owner of the attraction, recruitment and follow-up of people.
  • You will interact with Hiring Managers and Area Directors: defining needs, sharing market inputs as well as working side by side to make the company a better place to work. 
  • You will drive our brand image by proposing, coordinating and participating in branding actions. 
  • You will propose improvements in the candidate experience both in the selection process and in onboarding and onboarding. 
  • You will analyse the impact of your proposals and improvement changes, TCK is a Data Driven company.  
  • You will be trained once a month with the team so that you have a more global vision of our business. 
  • You will work in a team with colleagues with different profiles, different backgrounds and different points of view.

What is the experience at The Cocktail like?

  • Work model based on self-responsibility and self-management with flexible working hours and telecommuting options.
  • You can work 100% remotely, 100% in the office or with a hybrid system, it's up to you! Our offices are located in Madrid and Oviedo, and you are always welcome in any of them.

  • We're intense, not extensive, so we give you 27 well-deserved holiday days per year and, if that's not enough, you can enjoy up to 5 extra days of extra time.
