THE CHALLENGE
A revolution in healthcare services for the silver economy
Nationale-Nederlanden is considering creating a platform that integrates telemedicine and care services for the elderly. The goal is to provide an ecosystem that centralizes and anticipates their needs. Given the complexity of the challenge, the company needed a holistic partner that would support them at all stages of the project and, at the same time, be able to scale it globally.

THE SOLUTION
Transformative collaboration
We created the first marketplace in Spain that incorporates and connects services designed for the elderly, from caregiver recruitment to telemedicine. Instead of competing, we focus on fostering collaboration and enhancing the brand value of the different players in the sector.
Tailored solutions to build trust
We achieved success by incorporating key elements through a unique approach: we consolidated an existing offering and ensured its continuous evolution with new services. To meet the adoption challenge, we profiled in detail the interests of seniors, caregivers and families. This approach allowed us to integrate a wide range of services into a centralized platform, offering a complete experience with an accessible design for all users.
"This is the next level of consulting."
